First you need to upgrade to the GNPublisher PRO and then follow the steps below.
Step 1: Once you install the plugin you will find this option in the WordPress Dashboard -> Setting -> GN Publisher
Step 2: then click Feature -> Exclude Categories From Main Feed.
Select the categories which you what to exclude.
